We survey your house into AutoCAD and from this we can produce concept plans for your project. Once you approve these plans, we can apply for planning permission and liaise with the planners to keep your experience as stress and hassle-free as possible.
Once planning permission is granted, we can also produce the detailed Building Regulations plans and any structural calculations required. Our process is all done ‘In House’ and you will be allocated a sole point of contact, this will ensure your journey is consistent and you are kept in the loop at all times.
We can produce all architectural drawings required for your build. Using your brief and discussions from our visit to your home, we draw up a design with you, with adjustments made as required, and craft your dream home. Design improvements can maximise the size of your home and the spaces within it, adding value when it comes for you to move.

We have standard design packages you can purchase online to kickstart your home renovation. We’ll discuss your project budget when we start the design and provide realistic ballpark estimates during the design phase, so we can be confident our final design will fit your budget. Our in-house team can provide a single point of contact for your design, planning and structural engineering needs.

Our Design Service:
1. Design Consultation and Measured Survey (Typically 3-4 hours)
2. Produce concept floor plans and elevations
3. Two free revisions if required (additional revisions may be chargeable)
4. Submit plans for Planning Approval or Certificate of Lawful Development
5. Liaise with Planners and monitor the progress of the application
6. On approval of the application optionally start the Building Regs and Structural Pack for an additional fee.
7. Produce a fixed price build quotation. At this stage you are free to send the above pack out to tender to other contractors

Our industry is very busy and any builders with a good reputation are rushed off their feet! Because of this, we can’t offer free visits for each enquiry we receive. Instead, we make a small charge for our initial call-out and time to produce a quote.
The booking includes our time to subsequently produce a quote for a simple domestic building project. I will inform you should the project be especially complex or time-consuming to quote, in which case our estimating fees are £67.65 per hour.
Initial call-out with Ed and subsequent quote: £156.00 including VAT
Should you choose us for your building project we’d be happy to then credit this fee back to you.
